	<h3>
		Insurance Arrangements
	</h3>
	<p>
		BHBC is not comprehensively insured, as this is prohibitively expensive. This is
		the case with most boat clubs. Therefore if we cause damage through our own fault
		to any of the equipment belonging to QCBC, it is our responsibility to pay for any
		repairs or replacements. Therefore not only does the Committee expect a higher
		standard of care by BHBC members when we borrow the equipment of QCBC, but also
		that members act in good faith and pay for repairs if damage is caused. If members
		refuse to pay for damage they have caused, it is almost certain that we will in
		future be refused permission to use QCBC equipment.
	</p>
	<p>
		BHBC is however insured for third party damage with
		<a href="http://www.noblemarine.co.uk/index.php3?affid=28">Noble Marine Insurance Brokers Ltd.</a>,
		specialist insurers for boat clubs. This means that if damage is caused by any
		member of BHBC while they are racing or training for BHBC, they are covered for
		claims for damage to person or property up to the value of &pound;2,000,000.00.
		Currently our policy covers damage while using only the following Queens' boats:
	</p>
	<ul>
		<li>one of the two Janousek coxed fours 'A.D. Browne' or 'M. J. Pugh'</li>
		<li>the eight 'P. O'Kane'</li>
	</ul>
	<p>
		Other shells can be added to the cover with little difficulty so get in touch if
		you want to use:
	</p>
	<ul>
		<li>the scull</li>
		<li>the pair / double</li>
	</ul>
