Club Chairman, Paul Knights

Paul, boatman to QCBC since 1984, was appointed as Chairman so that the interests and objectives of both BHBC and QCBC can be represented and harmonised. Paul was made an honorary member of the Boar's Head Dining Club in 1998.

Club Captain, Shailen Majithia "Head Boar"

Shailen became the Club's first Captain when BHBC was founded on 8 July 1999. He is Captain again for the year 2002, responsible for selecting crews, setting training programmes and generally leading the way! Shailen was Vice-Captain of QCBC in 1995–6, and Captain of QCBC in 1997–8.

Gareth Sylvester-Bradley

Currently Hon. Secretary, Treasurer and Webmaster!

Gareth has been on the BHBC Committee since the club was founded. He was the Club's second Captain for the year 2000. As secretary and treasurer, he is presently responsible for making race entries and balancing the accounts. As webmaster, he created this website and is responsible for its maintenance and update. Gareth was Vice-Captain of QCBC in 1997–8.

Matt Jaggard

Matt was Club Captain for 2001 and finished his year in the driving seat by defecting to Nottingham and stroking NUBC in the Nottingham "Boat Race". Way to go! Matt was Captain of QCBC in 1998–9.
